Saint’s Row IV gameplay looks super-powered and off the wall

Saint’s Row is getting all that much stranger for the fourth installment of the popular open world franchise.

So… insane weaponry, aliens, a virtual Steelport, and super powers? Saint’s Row has always been wacky, but SRIV is looking like a whole lot of insanity. Oh, and that mech-suit? Yes, thank you.

I’ve never been a big Saint’s Row fan, but I have to admit Saint’s Row IV looks like it’s shaping up to be just this side of awesome. We’ve already seen a bunch of what the game has in store for players and what’s new as well, but stay tuned because there’s plenty more to see of what might just be the final title in the Saint’s Row series.

Saint’s Row IV drops for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC  on August 20th from Deep Silver and Volition.
