SDCC 2018: Dark Horse Comics Wrecks the Internet with Ralph

The first Wreck-It Ralph graphic novel is coming up with Ralph Breaks the Internet—Click Start: Choose Your Own Internet Adventure.

I’m gonna wreck it!

The original Wreck-It is still a fan fave, thanks to it’s copious amounts of gaming goodness. So of course, there’s a sequel coming up from Disney. Set to hit theaters this coming November, the sequel sees second movie in the series sees the heavy-handed hero breaking the internet.

This new book from Dark Horse, a self-contained graphic novel, won’t be an adaptation of that new movie however. It’s a little cooler than that, since it’ll actually be both a prequel and a sequel. The main tale will be set between the two films, with a short post-Breaks the Internet story too.

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ follow-up to 2012’s Wreck-It Ralph leaves the arcade behind, venturing into the expansive universe of the internet—which may or may not survive Ralph’s not-so-light touch. In this prequel, a choose-your-own-adventure- style graphic novel, Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz journey through the internet with you in the lead . . . Then, in a bonus 8-page short sequel to the film, Vanellope explores the wonders of OhMyDisney.com.

Disney Ralph Breaks the Internet—Click Start: Choose Your Own Internet Adventure hits stores on December 12th. Clocking in at 64 pages, it’ll cost you just $10.99 USD, and you can pre-order a copy right now at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or your local comic shop.
