Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is finally rising from its grave, and Dark Horse will be there with an art tome to meet it.
Long time coming
It has been a while, like a serious while, since we’ve seen or heard from Paradox Interactive and The Chinese Room about Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines. But while the first-person action RPG has been in development for some time, it looks like it might finally be ready for the spotlight this fall. And while fans will be (hopefully) playing the gothic role-player by Halloween-time, there’s a bit of an after party being prepared as well, by comics and book publisher Dark Horse.
That, naturally, will be The Art of Vampire: The Masquerade—Bloodlines 2, a 192 page art book, presented in hardcover format. The publisher will have that out and available this November, ready to give fans an “oversized, full-color look” into both the game’s development, as well as the concept art that will fuel its visuals.

In Vampire: The Masquerade—Bloodlines 2 players explore the city of Seattle as an elder vampire, avoiding discovery by mortals while feeding on their blood to survive. Clash and conspire with the secret vampire societies that dwell in the shadows. Discover the abilities hidden in your elder Blood as you align with different clans. The night has never been so full of blood-soaked art to consume!
Featuring commentary and insights from The Chinese Room’s Art Department and Narrative Team, The Art of Vampire: The Masquerade—Bloodlines 2 is perfect for fans of the game as well as readers drawn to urban horror, role-playing action, and the monsters that walk among us. Showcased within the massive tome, find a deep dive into the development, art, and artistry of the World of Darkness.
