1MORE’s Comfobuds Mini takes the already great buds and shrinks ’em

One of the best pairs of daily use earbuds out there is about to get a downsizing. Meet the small but mighty 1MORE Comfobuds Minis.

Tiny power

If you remember, we brought you a review of 1MORE’s Comfobuds about a year ago. The already diminutive buds were right in line with what Apple offers, but upped the ante over the ubiquitous AirPods with more features, as well as some excellent sound.

Now that same company is back at it, with a set of headphones that cut down on the size. Truly in-ear buds, the new Comfobuds Mini stock a heck of a lot of stuff.

The Mini’s sit right in the ear, with nothing dangling out. So the stalk of something like the AirPods is factored out. On top of the form-factor, there’s also a boasted 24 hours of battery life, and “Active Noise Cancellation up to 40dB”. That alone is a pretty nice addition.

In addition to creating a near perfect seal thanks to their small size, the ComfoBuds Mini also feature 1MORE’s QuietMax Active Noise Cancelling Technology with both feedforward and feedback microphones to cancel out ambient noise and make calls clearer. They also offer multiple ANC modes to block out any unwanted sound. The strongest mode (40dB) is designed to completely shut the world out, while the milder ANC mode still allows some outside noise to bleed in. 1MORE also provides both a Transparency Mode to amplify certain sounds around you such as announcements, as well as a Wind Noise Resistance Mode that helps to filter out those annoying harsh frequencies caused by high winds or while travelling at speed when cycling.

The Mini’s also feature 4 mics, “personalized sound from Sonarworks SoundID”, water resistance, and wireless charging. Those are a lot of bells and whistles, but you won’t pay all that much for any of it.

The Comfobuds Mini will run you $99 USD, and are out right now in both black and white. Take a look, here.
