Bethesda and developer Tango Gameworks have revealed that Ghostwire: Tokyo is set to launch at the end of March. Take a deep dive into its gameplay to celebrate.
On the wire
Ghostwire: Tokyo is an action-adventure game that challenges players to master the mystical arts of Ethereal Weaving while working to defeat the menacing Hannya and his followers, the Visitors, who have invaded Tokyo. These supernatural entities roam the stunning world of Ghostwire, creating a scintillating atmosphere that is a love letter to Tokyo, its curiosities, and secrets.
Bethesda press release
Ghostwire: Tokyo is on the way for a March 25th release. Look for it on PS5 and PC. Yes, PS5 with no Xbox release. Ghostwire still falls under Bethesda’s release schedule as it was before Microsoft purchased the publisher. So all of the deals already set in stone will be honored. Will there be an Xbox release at some point? Seems likely, though there’s nothing to talk about just yet in that regard.
What we can mention though, is that players can get a few days jump start on their ghostly quest, by pre-ordering. Those who do, will get to play on the 22nd of March, a few days ahead of the official launch.
