The long-awaited sequel to 2018’s Kingdom Come: Deliverance is here, bringing its version of medieval Bohemia to consoles and PC.
Lord of the Northlands and leader of its peoples
You know what, we might be referencing the wrong Henry with that subheading. Nevertheless, Kingdom Come: Deliverance’s own Henry indeed back today, as the sequel to Warhorse Studios’ original has arrived. Published by Deep Silver, the game recreates the world of Bohemia, circa 1403, and places players in command of the blacksmith-turned-warrior.
There should be plenty for him to do in this open world title as well, as Deep Silver says that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II offers not only a realm that’s “alive with limitless exploration”, but also what sounds like a deep choice system. Players will engage with “branching narratives and moral dilemmas that shape the thrilling story”, all while experiencing a vision of the medieval world that’s accompanied by “a bespoke orchestral soundtrack, and historical accuracy.”
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II continues the journey of Henry, a blacksmith-turned-warrior, in a thoroughly crafted 15th century Europe. With evolved gameplay mechanics, enhanced combat, and a richly detailed world, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II immerses players into Bohemia in 1403, embroiled in war, feuds, and political intrigue. The journey will test your resolve and place you in a world like no other. Adventurers must choose whether they save those around them…or punish them for their sins.
