Trailer: Worms Rumble wriggles onto Switch and Xbox platforms

The latest Worms game saw release last November with Worms Rumble, and now that very title has burrowed over to the Xbox and Switch.

Team17 has today completed docking procedures and launched Worms Rumble, the first real-time action instalment in the beloved, multi-award-winning Worms series, onto Nintendo Switch, Epic Games Store, and on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One (via the Microsoft Store and Xbox Game Pass. The release of the game, which first launched on PlayStation consoles and Steam for PC in November last year, will coincide with the availability of a brand-new and free arena – Spaceport Showdown – across all platforms.

With that, Worms Rumble is just about available for every platform out there at the moment. The caveat is that it’s a digital only release… right? Well, maybe not, as Worms collectors will be able to pick up a physical edition as well.

According to Team17, “all console platforms” will be getting boxed editions of the game on July 13th.
