A 2 disc set of the third and final season of the hit Transformers Prime show, subtitled Beast Hunters, arrives in stores today. Click on through for a special look at some clips from the new release.
Shout Factory!, which you probably know for bringing some of the best cartoons of all time to DVD and Blu Ray, have teamed with Hasbro Studios to bring the third season of Transformers Prime home for fans. The show, which is actually really good, is a kind of re-imagening of the Generation 1 Transformers mythos and combines more than a few of the various incarnations of the Autobots and Decepticons into one cohesive narrative.
The third season incorporates some of the Beast Wars story points and ideas and ran under the subtitle of Beast Hunters. If you haven’t seen it, and you’re a Transformers fan, it’s more than worth your time to check out. You can find the set in stores right now courtesy of Shout Factory! and Hasbro Stiudios in both DVD ad Blu Ray format.
