Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves closes out Season 1 with Mr. Big

The final DLC character has indeed arrived for SNK’s latest fighter. Fans can add Mr Big to their copies of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.

From Art of Fighting to Fatal Fury

Reinvigorating the brand and bringing the series balk to fans after ages in mothballs, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is still rolling. The fighting game offered up a stacked Season 1 of downloadable content, that included Street Fighter characters and more, and has just come to a close with one final release. And yes, it’s a big one.

We mean “big” as in Mr. Big, as the boss from SNK’s Art of Fighting series has jumped into this new arena. He is more than just a guest star too, with a surprisingly deep story attached to his appearance. It all begins when FF heavy Geese Howard is put six feet under. And in the wake of his death, there’s power vacuum in South Town that Big seeks to plug himself into.

Available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, Mr. Big aims to take South Town for himself now that the late Geese Howard is long gone. With Rock’s sick mother under Mr. Big’s watchful eye, no blood relation or rival power player can do a thing about it. 

• Arcade Mode: Mr. Big intends to reclaim a particularly incriminating piece of evidence tucked away within Geese’s legacy, offered as the prize for winning KOF. 
• Episodes of South Town: Mr. Big’s single-player RPG follows him as he works to lighten the heavy heart of his hostage Marie, mother to Rock and sister to Kain.

Mr. Big is available now to add onto your copy of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Special Edition. As you can see in that trailer too, there indeed will be a Season 2 of DLC fighters. Just who might be included, and if there’ll be any more crossover fighters though, we don’t know.
