Activision’s recently released skate title, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 has already received a major update with a big new feature.

Reforging the original titled-games into one remade package was Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, when it released on consoles and the PC last month. The double-pack followed in the wheel-prints of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, bringing fans back to the early 2000’s in style.
Though it’s only been out for a little over a month though, Activision has already dropped a pretty nice new update on it. And that’s especially true, if you like to build.
Said update includes a host of improvements and fixes along with one pretty big headliner of a new addition. We’ll start with the latter, since that’s likely what fans will be most concerned with, and yes, it’s the ability to share created parks.
While the game shipped with a Create-a-Park feature, there was no way to share creations online, meaning they were strictly offline experiences. That’s changed now though, as the new update will allow designers to share their created parks over the net.
The process to play some created levels sounds pretty simple too. All fans will have to do is hit the multiplayer section of the game, then head to “select map”. From there, you should be able to “tab over” to Create-A-Park, according to Activision, and dig in.
Fixes aplenty
We did mention that there was a lot more to the update than just the new online features though. And yes, as the publisher points out on the official page, it’s packing a host of improvements. Among those, “Stat Point Notifications” will now be included in the Stats page, “hidden deck tracking” has been reportedly improved on all levels in Career Mode, and fans can look for more “consistent grinds and gap triggers across levels like College, Cruise Ship, Movie Studio, and Pinball”.
Those are all in addition to cleanups pertaining to both the general user interface and gameplay. And on top of that, there’s been a bit of fine-tuning made as goes performance and stability. That also includes platform-specific fixes, across the game’s various editions on all platforms.
