Factory Entertainment is bringing a bunch of cool stuff to Comic Con this week, and all of it will be from the prop replica category.
Props
According to Factory Entertainment, the company is leaning into its reputation as “the industry leader in high-quality full-sized and reduced scale prop replicas”. It’s kind of hard to argue the statement there, if you’re familiar with the collectible-maker’s work. It has, after all, included replicas from some of the biggest names in pop culture.
As for what’ll be at SDCC this week, most of what Factory will stock will be of the “scale prop replicas” variety. Though that’s not to say it all will, as there’ll be a few pieces in full-sized. Those will include an Amity Island Police Chief Badge and Patch from Jaws, plus the Dedication Plaque from Star Trek: The Next Generation‘s Enterprise-D, and a Gary Seven Servo from the original Star Trek. So if you’re into 1:1 scale, there’ll be a few things to add to your collection.
As for those scale props though, there are a whole bunch ready for purchase. The properties included will cover everything from multiple Star Treks, to Battlestar Galactica, to Masters of the Universe. Fans will be able to find Factory Entertainment at booth #2743. As usual though, we’d recommend you get there early if you want something specific. Comic Con stuff tends to sell out fast, after all.
