Making the leap from the Switch (and its original home on the PC), is Atari’s classic RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, with its new Complete Edition. The park-creation game has been scheduled to arrive for both PlayStation and Xbox platforms next month, bringing the loaded title to the full set of modern consoles for the first time.

Originally released for the PC in 2004, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 changed things up for the series with a full 3D interface, replacing the classic isometric view that some fans might still be used to today. Along with several expansion packs, the title introduced the ability to virtually ‘ride’ coasters, as well as more in-depth park visitors, which featured variation in gender and age.

The original release was a big seller, finishing up its launch year as “a top-10 best-selling title as reported by The NPD Group”, according to Atari. Current console players will find all of the above included too, in RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Complete Edition.

As mentioned, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Complete Edition is available now for the Switch and PC, and will be coming to the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5 on March 20th, 2025.
