Watch Wolfenstein’s BJ Blazkowicz carve up Quake Champions in this new trailer

Blazkowicz has been busy. He’s got an all-new Wolfenstein adventure hitting this Fall, and he’s set to be playable in online-FPS Quake Champions.

One Man Army

BJ Blazkowicz hasn’t led an easy life. From a troubled past, to a bloody career as a soldier, and now this: years trapped in the Dreamlands, forced into combat with other Champions from across the waking world. No, ol’ Terror-Billy hasn’t had the best of luck – but in Quake Champions, he’ll be able to take all the skills he’s picked up over the years and really put them to the test. You got your first look at BJ’s Quake Champions debut during our E3 2017 Showcase on Sunday, and now you can see him in action in our latest trailer.

So okay, I’m not the biggest fan of multiplayer FPS’. Even I though, have to admit that it’s pretty freaking cool how Bethesda is stacking Quake Champions with it’s characters. Not only will the game have a selection of new characters, but it’ll also have the likes of the original Quake Ranger – and BJ Blazkowicz.

A force to be reckoned with

As you can see too, BJ can dual-wield hardware as his special ability. That should make him pretty tough, and I’d imagine a favorite of those who prefer big explosions and all-out action. While brandishing guns akimbo is his active ability, BJ also has a passive one. He can regenerate health.

If he’s not being shot at and taking damage, BJ will regenerate health up to one “25 HP Block”.All you need to do is be out of the line of fire for three seconds. So he’s incredibly destructive, and heals from injury. He isn’t exactly showing any worse for wear from his near-death experience in Wolfenstein: The New Order is he?

Not that -you know- Quake Champions is canon exactly. Wait… it’s not, is it? Cause if it is, that’s just weird.

Anyway, BJ is locked and loaded right now in the closed beta. Expect him to be a part of the roster when Quake Champions goes live, presumably later this year.
