Doom multiplayer wakes the demon in new trailer

I wonder if playing as Doom’s demons in multiplayer is going to be popular.

Going to go out on a limb here and say that the demon transformations are going to be a very big hook indeed for Doom’s multiplayer modes. Lightning fast multiplayer action combined with the melee kills and, of course, being able to turn into a freaking (random from the looks of it) demon should make for a pretty damn unique experience.

I’ll be playing Doom for the single player campaign as a longtime fan, there’s no doubt about that, but I’d be lying if I said that the multiplay doesn’t massively interest me too- and I don’t even like online multiplayer! Unabashedly, my excitement level continues to rise.

Doom lands on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on May 13th.
