Divinity: Dragon Commander multiplayer is kind of insane

Get a look at two game testers as they square off in Dragon Commander- complete with commentary.

Originally run on developer Larian Studios’ Twitch TV channel last week, this special preview ‘cast shows off the manic multiplayer mode from the upcoming Divinity spinoff; Dragon Commander.

Two things I took from the demo – the dragons aren’t as all powerful as I had thought and the multiplayer has a lot going on all at once. I figured it was going to be, well, busy considering the nature of the game, but managing a grand battlefield as well as dragon combat in a real-time shooter arena looks like it’s going to be a challenge. That’s not to say it’ll be a bad thing by the way, because Dragon Commander looks nutty in a very fun way… I just wish I could have an announce team on hand when I play.

Divinity: Dragon Commander real-time strategizes the world of Divinity on the PC this August the 6th from Larian Studios.
