DC Comics is rolling into 2026 with a slate of new books and fresh talent, as the second part to the publisher’s “All In” initiative.
All In goes Next level
If you’ve been following along with what DC has been doing, then you’ve had a busy few years. The company has been arguably in the news more than it has been in ages, with an all-new film slate (and shared universe) that started with this past summer’s Superman. But the James Gunn-helmed flick is far from all that’s been going on.
Another, this time comics based, happening has been rolling as well. That, as we’ve been reporting, is All In. A line-wide event, the new initiative has covered a full slate of books and events, like DC’s current crossover, DC K.O.. But what’s come to date was just phase one of the push, as the publisher has revealed Next Level.
Dubbed the “second act of the publishing initiative that began with the DC ALL IN SPECIAL and the launch of DC’s ABSOLUTE universe”, Next Level will kick things up a notch. And with Scott Snyder and Joshua Williamson at the helm, that means the release of three new series’. Lobo, Deathstroke, and Batwoman will all be returning to standalone series’ as a part of the push.
“Josh and I are excited to enter the second phase of DC ALL IN with NEXT LEVEL,” said Snyder. “From the launch of the DC ALL INSPECIAL, to the introduction of an Absolute universe, and into the DC K.O. event that we’re right in the middle of now, we’re determined to build on all of the fan enthusiasm, and the retail support and story momentum, by continuing to take big swings in 2026.”
“I’m incredibly excited to be involved in this new initiative designed to super-charge DC’s main line,” continued Williamson. “Much like how the Absolute Universe provided a new burst of creative energy with a series of unexpected new series, DC: NEXT LEVEL aims to deliver similar excitement.”

We’re talking some pretty beefy creative teams here too. Lobo will be written by Skottie Young with art (and main cover) from Jorge Corona. The iconic Deathstroke meanwhile, which might be the title we’re looking forward to most, hails from Tony Fleecs and Carmine Di Giandomenico. And as for Kate Kane? Batwoman will spin out of the team of none other than Greg Rucka, with art by DaNi.
Fans can look for all three of the new books to hit stores in March of 2026. Looking for some previews? You’re going to want to scroll down the page for those.

The Eisner-nominated creative team that brought you a fantastic parable of adolescence in the Midwest, the story of an artist who embraces darkness a little too closely, and the tale of a gunslinger with too much grit to stay buried, brings you a classic yarn spun in the star-kissed threads of the cosmic DC Universe.
Vrrrrroooooommmmmmmm! The Main Man’s back, baby! And his ride is a motorcycle that moves at the speed of sound, but only if that sound is a rippin’ guitar solo, and you better hop on before he leaves you in the dust with all the bastiches he’s fragged for money or convenience!
It’s a guts-soaked path from DC K.O. to the end of the universe, where Lobo is going to scratch his name and number in the Source Wall with a cool knife. Don’t miss the mayhem, special guests, or tasty, tasty continuity! Don’t you do it!
