Nintendo Download: Sunny Side Up

A lighter than usual week for Nintendo’s consoles brings Bubsy, and a host of indie releases. Check it out plus a list of fresh deals.

Bubsy’s back

You wouldn’t know it was September by this week’s Nintendo Download. The gaming giant has a super tight list of releases this week for its family of consoles, with a grand total of zero highlighted titles. That’s a real rarity, for those who don’t keep track, and here’s last week’s as an example. There is one notable release however, mixed in with the independent titles, and that’s Bubsy.

Bubsy in: The Purrfect Collection is a playable museum of the series’ history. The pack includes updated versions of Bubsy in: Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind, Bubsy II, and the seldom seen Bubsy in: Fractured Furry Tales and Bubsy 3D. Again though, this collection doesn’t only include games, as there are interviews and more included.

Along with Bubsy, there’s a fresh sale kicking off on Switch, and the usual assortment of smaller and indie releases. Scroll down to take a look.
