It’s kind of funny, when you think about it, that two of the most legendary ninja-themed series’ of all time made comebacks in the same year. Those would be Dotemu’s Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound and Sega’s Shinobi: Art of Vengeance.
The two games, which are both out now, serve up classically styled, side-scrolling action. Both look to be gorgeous 2D titles, though their themes are visual flair are decidedly different. That’s a good thing, especially for those who might want to pick up both games. If you’re in that camp, and you play your ninja-related action games on a PC, oh boy does Doetmu and Sega have a deal for you.
Dubbed the Path of the Ninja Steam bundle, a special double-pack of the games has just hit Valve’s online storefront. Yep, strange as it might seem, this inter-company deal is the real thing, and cuts 10% off of the total price to boot.
