Warby Parker and Kill Screen Present Worbs

Move over Gunnar, there is a new eyewear product for gamers entering the ring.

WarbyWarby Parker and Kill Screen are promoting their limited-edition glasses, the Burke, as well as their new video game, Worbs. Debuting their best-selling glasses in a new, glacier grey hue, they’re also have lenses with anti-scratch and anti-reflective coatings—which conveniently reduce the glare from screens. (Score!) You can snag a pair of your own for $95 US.

In partnership with the Burke, Warby Parker presents their first game, Worbs.

Warby Parker and Kill Screen designed a physics-based matching game that perfectly captures their shared love of design and entertainment. The graphic elements are beautiful and the gameplay is both simple and fun.worbs

The object of the game is to match and clear groups of like-colored balls in a bowl. The bowl is set on a work desk—ironically, a great place to play—that features made-up books with distracting titles (consider them a challenge!), a pair of good-looking glasses, and the always important “tilt” button.

I had the chance to relax and work with Worbs, and who doesn’t like the idea of killing ten minutes, matching colors and raising their score?

If you are reading this, I bet you can beat my score of 350. If you do, we would love to hear about it in the comments.

Try out Worbs for yourself, and check out the Burke glasses at warbyparker.com/kill-screen.
