The expansion to Victoria II, Heart of Darkness is now officially building an empire of preorders; complete with some pretty nice bonuses for your dollar.
Select retailers will be offering a complete copy of Victoria I for free with a preorder of the expansion pack. That’s a great deal in and of itself, but if you’ve already got the first Victoria title, you’re still in luck. Some places will be offering a monster 75% off the price of both the base Victoria II game and the A House Divided expansion for that game.
