This week’s episode of the Brutal Gamer Podcast is another show with a skeleton crew, with just Zeth and Mike on this week.  There’s the usual discussion of video games, with the games we’ve been playing, plus another quick round-up of the latest gaming news.

As an extra segment this week, before the main podcast was recorded, Zeth got a chance to have a chat about Heavy Rain with Lono from Sarcastic Gamer and Respawn Radio, in which Lono talks about what pissed him off about the way the story unfolded and annoyances with the game in general.  WARNING – This segment contains spoilers.  If you haven’t finished the game, or intend to play it, we advise you leave this part of the show until you’ve completed the game.

We are geared up for our final podcast of 2009 here at Brutal Gamer Towers, and it will be a Game of the Year Podcast.  Obviously.

At the time of writing, we are still working out the details of how we’re doing the show, but however we do it, we want YOU, the readers of the site and listeners of the podcast, to give us your opinions as to what your Game of the Year is, and you could hear your name on the show.  Or even your voice.  Here are the different ways to get involved: -

1) You can leave your Game of the Year and reason in the comments below.

2) Check out the thread in the forums in the ‘General Gaming’ section

3) You can message any of the staff on Twitter.  The links are on the right hand side of the page.

4) You can e-mail your suggestions to  ognawk/moose/viatrophy* [at] brutalgamer [dot] com  (*only use ONE of those in the e-mail address)

5) If you wish to hear your voice on the show, record a short audio clip no more than 3 minutes) and send it in MP3 format to ognawk [at] brutalgamer [dot] com

The show will be out towards the end of the year.  Please make sure any submissions reach us by 8pm on Wednesday 30th December or it may not get in.
