PureArts debuts massive, super-detailed Resident Evil “Licker” bust

Are you a Resident Evil fan? Then high-end collectible company PureArts has a Licker bust that you’re definitely going to want to see.

Centerpiece

Resident Evil is a little hit and miss when it comes to collectibles, action-figures, statues, etc. Yes, there have been some great items hitting retail over the years, but it’s not really consistent. Case in point – even with huge games like Resident Evil 7, and the 2 and 3 remakes launching, there’s been basically nothing in terms of merchandise.

This though, this one piece might make up for basically everything that’s not come out before it. If you’re familiar with the name PureArts, then you know that they make some incredibly wicked stuff, and that certainly fits for this stunner of a bust.

Resident Evil’s vicious Licker monster is featured in this one, and it’s a beast and a half. Cast in 1:1 (life-size) scale, the Licker is based on the design from its appearance in RE2. As you can see too, there’s a ridiculous level of detail happening.

Check out the official imagery:

Is that a knife sticking out of his left shoulder? Yep, and with a soft-resin blade (of course it’s not a real knife), it’s removable too. So with that you kind of have two different ways to display this bad… thing.

With all this though, don’t expect the Licker to be cheap. Limited to just 666 pieces globally (yep), and with 100 limited PureArts-exclusive signed art prints, the Licker is priced in at $899 USD.
