Udon to unleash Bloodborne art tome

Worthy of all 250+ pages, ultra-tough video game Bloodborne is getting the art book treatment from Udon.

Bone chilling imagery

Dark, foreboding, and gory, Bloodborne’s designs are beautifully horrific. If you’re a fan of the macabre, then you probably already know how fantastic the game looks though. It made a splash at launch last year, and still seems pretty popular. Not that you have all that much time to enjoy the visual design while you’re playing, because it’s tough as nails, just like its spiritual forebears (the Souls games).

And with that in mind, publisher Udon has the answer. The new art book, just announced today, is loaded with over 250 pages of Bloodborne’s best. Officially titled Bloodborne Official Artworks, is packed with “a complete lineup of creature designs, location illustrations, character concepts, and weapons, as well as an item and trophy glossary – and more!”

And Udon hasn’t forgotten about the expansion campaign either – The Old Hunters. Fans will find material from that DLC pack as well as the main game. So there should be plenty for fans of the game, and Dark/Demon’s Souls for that matter, to peruse.

Bloodborne Official Artworks will be availed this coming May, at comic shops, book stores, and assorted online retailers. Looking for something to tide you over? Don’t forget that Udon also has both Dark Souls Design Works and Dark Souls II Design Works in their stable. And both of those are available right now.
