Three new DLC packs heading to LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham

A trio of pretty hefty content packs are on the way to the recently released LEGO Batman 3, including one focused on Arrow, a trip to Bizarro World, and a new selection of heroines and villainesses.

There’s already a ton and a half of characters and locations in Traveller’s Tales’ LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, but there’s about to be even more. On the way in early 2015 are three new downloadable content packs that feature more than a few new characters as well as two brand new locations and themes.

  • Bizarro World Pack (Season Pass) – Save Bizarro’s planet from evil and join the Bizarro League, clones of the Justice League, including characters such as Bizzaro and Bizarra!
  • Heroines & Villainesses Pack (Free to download) – Celebrate the fearless females of DC Comics with this collection of super heroines and villainesses, which allows players to wreak havoc as Raven and tear-up the ground as Terra. The pack also includes fan-favourites, such as alien princess Starfire and animal-mimic Vixen but they’ll need to be on the guard against the explosive Plastique and cold and calculating Killer Frost!
  • Arrow Pack (Season Pass) – Become the Green Arrow, voiced by Stephen Amell, from the hit TV show Arrow on The CW. Explore Starling City and interact with new characters, including Slade Wilson, Roy Harper, Malcolm Merlyn and more.

As you might have noticed in there, the Heroines & Villainesses Pack (which includes some pretty awesome new characters to play with) will be a free download for addition to your copy of the game. And while the other two aren’t free, they certainly look to be worth the price of admission for longtime DC fans and those who’re especially into the burgeoning DC television universe.

The packs will be available separately or as a bundle in the game’s Season Pass, which is available now.
