In case you somehow missed it, Grand Theft Auto V is available now for the Xbox One and PS4

Rockstar’s latest is now all next-genified and playable on the Xbox One and PS4.

“This was our chance to push Grand Theft Auto V even further, adding a new First Person Mode and working to make the most of the power of the new consoles,” said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. “We’re incredibly proud of what the team has been able to achieve.”

With this new upgraded edition, gamers have a whole new load of reasons to head back into the seedy, criminal world of the GTA universe’s version of LA, Los Santos.

Featuring completely overhauled graphics (and it already looked pretty great), better draw-distances, brand new weather effects and lighting, the ability to run in 1080p, and an all-new first-person mode, Grand Theft Auto V on the newest round of consoles is something to behold for fans of the title. Originally released one year ago for the Xbox 360 and PS3, GTA5 has garnered all kinds of incredible review scores from across the gaming industry, including us, as it was one of our favorites of 2013.

Grand Theft Auto 5 of the Xbox One and PS4 is available right now, and a PC edition (featuring the same upgrades) is en route for January.
