EA MMA demo hitting Live and PSN September 28th

The heavily anticipated demo making its way to online marketplaces in just 3 weeks.

EA has confirmed that a demo for it’s MMA game (such a unique and not-obvious name) will be coming to Xbox Live and Playstation Network users on September 28th.

The demo will let you get a decent feel for the game by letting you control current Strikeforce champion Alistair Overeem, Bobby Lashley, Jason “Mayhem” Miller and Jake Shields, taking them into the ring and showing them whose boss. Quite disappointed to not see Cotoure make the cut for the demo. As well as a straight up “fight now” option, tutorials will be available for you to get to grips with the game easier.

Also, playing the demo will unlock a “new” fighter in the EA MMA game itself, similar to what has been done in the past with Madden and NCAA; Playing the demo will unlock ‘Classic’ Cotoure in the game, letting you break out the old school.

If you’re into MMA games even slightly, this game should be on your radar, especially as there is a demo hitting.
