Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Trailer and Gameplay

The MvC3 character list teems with rumours, leaks, wishes, and podcast speculation. I love that s#!t. It will continue and should. Here is a list of playable characters you’re guaranteed to see:

You can also expect to see Dormammu in the game, likely as a boss.

If you watch the gameplay video below you can see the Capcom vs. Tatsunoko influence as well as familiar combo chains for Marvel vs. Capcom 2 characters. More than Super Street Fighter IV this game has the potential to be accessible to a living room of friends. Capcom vs. Tatsunoko‘s gleeful button mashing was ideal but how many people would choose Tekkaman over Hulk?

Let us pray that Capcom translates the ability to choose your opponent’s skill level in online play from SSFIV. Otherwise those troglodyte wizards will emerge from the MvC2 community and annihilate online competition the way they reigned over their arcades in their youth.
