Gears of War 2 ‘Valentines Day Event’ offering out double XP

For those of you wanting to spend Valentines Day with Gears of War 2.

How romantic. Epic are offering everyone who owns a copy of Gears of War 2 a lovely date for Valentines Day, offering out double XP in certain game modes which could have some relevance to a couple or love.

The event will take place from February 8-14th, and the bonus XP will be available for the following three things:

• Wingman – from just playing this game mode, you’ll receive the double XP
• Reviving team mates in any game mode, you’ll receive double XP for performing this action.
• Horde – from completing each wave, you’ll receive double XP

Will you be taking Epic up on the Valentines Day invitation?
