Heavy Rain Collector’s Edition announced for EU
Can this game get any more attractive? I just want it right now please Mr Cage!
So far Heavy Rain outshines ANY new release next year. I know that will upset a few fanboys of x or y but this game looks so interesting and such a great concept – the spiritual successor in concept to Shenmue – that I just have to rate it as #1. So to heighten my already salivating expectations even more SCEE have announced the details of the EU Collector’s Edition.
The game comes wrapped in special embossed sleeve that gives it a ‘rain-effect’. Along with that you also get a voucher that entitles you to the following treats via download:-
- Heavy Rain: Chronicle 1 – The Taxidermist. This is the first part of the Chronicles DLC that the US get as a pre-order bonus.
- The Heavy Rain Official Soundtrack – Recorded at the Abbey Road studios.
- Dynamic XMB theme
No word yet on firm pricing but this game just continues to become an essential day one purchase.
