God of War III: Ultimate Trilogy Edition announced

Europeans only! Sorry everyone else.

Well… I’m not really sorry, as you got the version I’d much rather of had the option to buy without having to import the bastard.

SCEE have announced that God of War III will be having a ‘Ultimate Trilogy’ edition which will be for EU regions only, to compensate the God of War Collection which was released a month-or-so ago in other regions. The Ultimate Trilogy will contain the God of War Collection, the game and a few other little goodies, all of which can be seen below:

• God of War III
• God of War Collection
• Extra PSN game content (God of War Combat Arena containing an exclusive environment and seven challenges to complete, Dominus character skin, Apollo character skin, Phantom of Chaos character skin, Forgotten Warrior character skin)
• Exclusive PSN video content (God of War: Unearthing the Legend Franchise Documentary. This is a full-length documentary detailing the history of the God of War franchise)
• Bonus audio content (God of War Trilogy Soundtrack – God of War, II, and III scores from the game – and God of War: Blood and Metal EP – a heavy metal homage featuring original music inspired by God of War)
• Additional content (artbook and postcards)

I still fucking hate how if I want to play the God of War Collection now, I’m going to have to put out even more money as this is going to cost a bomb more than God of War III on its own.
