Last.Fm, Twitter and Facebook now live on Xbox Dash
And a small “Meh!” goes up from the crowd.
So, finally after much fanfare a set of featured already available to PS3 owners (they have a WEB BROWSER!) now hits the Xbox 360’s Dashboard. The announcement came from the internets very own Major Nelson over on his blog. The Video Store is now the Zune Video Store (WTF!?!) Facebook & Twitter will appear in a new Community channel and Last.Fm will appear in the Music channel. All in all get ready for a few million twonks crashing Twitter and Facebook with statuses like “Doing this from my Xbox 360 – I rule!” etc.
Oh and as a side-bar : Facebook comes to the PS3 in the next update along with revised Friends List icons so the internet can rest easy in their beds.
