Modern Warfare 2 locked on Steam until 12th November

WTF?  Are Infinity Ward & Activision just trying to piss off PC users?

In what can only be described as a cluster-fuck it looks like anyone who pre-ordered Modern Warfare 2 on the PC service Steam will be waiting until Thursday 12th November to unlock their copy.  Don’t believe us, check out the picture above or visit the official Steam page to see.

Now anyone who has pre-loaded this on Steam is going to be mighty pissed. Not only is it not released the same time as retail but they still have all the previous controversy to contend with.  This just seems like one long kick in the balls for PC owner.  Let us know your feelings in the comments below or on the forums.
