Blizzard Selling WoW In-Game Pets
Blizzard jumps on the micro transaction wagon. Well, maybe ‘micro’ is the wrong word.
Blizzard have added quite a few special player services over the years for World of Warcraft, with players able to change realm, race or even faction. All for a price, of course. Now it would seem they are testing the waters of selling in-game items for real money by adding two exclusive vanity pets to the game in the Blizzard online store.
If you so choose, you can go to the Blizzard store and download either a pet Pandaren monk or a L’il K.T. for the sum of $10/£9/€10. Seems a little on the steep side to me. If they were half that price, it would be more reasonable. I’m sure there will still be plenty of people flocking to buy these pets, though. I think I’ll stick to my current set of free vanity pets for now.
