Assassin Creed II’s trophy and achievement lists revealed

They contain a few minor spoilers, so you’ve been warned.

On this chilly Monday morning some good news has made its way onto the good ol’ Internetz, and this time it comes in the shape of achievement and trophy lists for Ubisofts’ Assassin Creeds II.

You can find both the trophy and achievement lists below, both lists are near enough exactly the same and be warned: They contain very minor spoilers, nothing which will make you break down and cry but the sort which give you a rough idea of what you can expect from the game.

If you don’t want to look at the lists but would still like to know how easy the achievements/trophies are, I’ll answer that for you. They seem very, very easy – you’ll get a good 70% of them from just finishing the game.
