Trackmania 2 announced with video reveal

You just had to love the original Trackmania on the PC, so what can they do this time around?

The orginal Trackmania started life on the PC as a free to play game way back in November 2004.  The game offered a huge online racing experience allowing you to pit yourself accross world rankings and on custom made track.  The game was, and still is, an absolutely huge success.  So much so that small ports have started to appear on the more mainstream consoles – like the DS for example.

Today the titles French development team, Nadeo, has announced Trackmania 2 will be coming to the PC later next year.  No big suprises or indepth reveals yet but the came sure is looking pretty.  The footage below is a shaky cam but gives you an idea none the less.
