Epic Is Going to Blow You Away

Gladly(but not as awesome), not with a big badass hydrogen bomb, but with their new Unreal Engine.

VG247.com sat down with Epic boss Mark Rein(I know, it does sound funny when you say it like that) at Develop in Brighton, talking about games and stuff, when Mark decided to ignite the internet a little bit, using words like “Unreal” and “blow away”. Other from this, he really didn’t say much about it, as you can see for yourself:

“It’s a very mature engine and we’re adding great new features every year,” said Rein.

“I just saw some incredible new stuff that we’re either later this year or next year for new engine features and I think they’re really going to blow people away.”

Rein said earlier that if they a had an engine incremental numeration system, “we’d be at about 3.8 right now.”
