Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 prestige edition – freakin’ night vision goggles! Preview Image

I’ve always wanted some Infinity Ward branded night vision goggles.

As promised by Infinity Wards’ Community Manager Rob Bowling, he’s created a video (found below) of him unboxing both the collectors edition and prestige edition for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. In case you didn’t know, the prestige edition of Modern Warfare 2 is like… a super-duper collectors edition.

So then, Modern Warfare 2 prestige edition comes with, lets list it shall we?

  • Steel cased copy of Modern Warfare 2
  • Fucking NIGHT VISION GOGGLES
  • Art book
  • Call of Duty 1 XBLA/PSN/PC download depending on what platform you purchase it for
  • Sculpted head to rest the night vision goggles on if (for whatever reason) you’re not using them.

It’s obvious this won’t be cheap, but it seems totally worth it. Here, have my money, just give me those damn night vision goggles.

  1. Cod says:

That head you get with it is sculpted to be in the shape of Soap McTavish’s head. Even better.

I can imagine that myself and many other people will try and play MW2 in the dark with the night vision goggles on.

    F*cking NIGHT VISION GOGGLES!

But my only concern is that night vision goggles are f*cking expensive, so either the Prestige Edition will be very expensive, or the goggles won’t be that good a quality.

    Prove me wrong, Infinity Ward.

I’m still sure that the ‘night vision goggles’ are going to be some binoculars with a torch in them.
