Battlefield 1943 – Xbox 360 winning by 400k
A community challenge, making one console fight against another – why don’t more companies do this?
Today, Friday 10th July a challenge was set by DICE, the developers of Battlefield 1943. The challenge was simple. the first console (Playstation 3/Xbox 360) to hit 43,000,000 kills in total would unlock a game mode and map for there console to play on.
Well, the first numbers are in, and you guessed it, the Xbox 360 is winning by over 400k kills.
Xbox 360 - 1,127,225
PS3 – 739,612
Looks like this competition will be over soon, I want that new map to play on!
