Cheap & Cheerful Gaming

If you head down to your local supermarket or high street, you could snag a bargain or two!

Yes, if you live in the UK and there is a branch of Morrisons or WH Smith in your area, you could snap up some top quality games for a very small amount of wedge.  Handy if you’re trying not to spend too much.  Or if your name is Viatrophy and you’re always skint.

WH Smith have got a clearance sale on right now on a selection of games and DVDs.  Some highlights include Dead Space for PS3 and Xbox 360 as well as Uncharted : Drake’s Fortune for PS3 for £9 each.

Morrisons, meanwhile, have a ‘When it’s gone, it’s gone’ offer on games, with a lot of games on sale for £6 each, including Mirror’s Edge, Far Cry 2, The Force Unleashed and Saints Row 2.

Bargains indeed.  I’m not sure if these are in every store, though, so it might be a good idea to give your local branch a ring before venturing out.
