Rumor: Serious Sam III Coming Soon to Xbox 360

Back on May 11th Roman Ribaric, the CEO of Croteam, teased us all by telling us that Serious Sam III was in development.

“we have also recently started the development on two games, one of which is the next Serious Sam FPS game. Here, we are pretty close in signing the publishing deal, so when that happens, you’ll hear it here as well.”

Today the developer/publisher, Majesco Entertainment, sent out this cryptic message via twitter: “SERIOUS” announcement this week… So SERIOUS you’ll to get your Xbox 360 fired up.”

Granted, a game like Serious Sam does not exactly fit into Majesco’s profile and it may be a bit of a reach but that is what makes it a rumor after all.
