During the development of the best looking console game to date (Killzone 2, obviously) GG’s staff went from a team of 45 to 200. With this huge increase of staff members, it meant more design workstations were brought in for them to use — this caused a massive problem for Amsterdam power grid as it was starting to struggle with powering the electricity hungry offices. ‘Till Sony saved the day by forking out the cash for a diseal geneartor to continue the development.
