Neversoft confirms split from Tony

Now legendary developers of the Tony Hawks franchise, Neversoft, have come forth in a statemtnt to a local newspaper to say that they are no longer working on the Tony Hawk franchise. The game which cememted Neversoft’s pedigree started life on the PSOne and has been developed at Neversoft ever since. Recent itterations have been lacking and with teh advent of EA’s Skate franchise Activision seem keen to “reboot” the franchise. To do this Neversoft have taken a step back to concentrate on the Guitar Hero franchise. I have been a HUGE TH fan since the first game but even I have not bothered with the last few itterations. This will hopefully either kill or cure the franchise. Rumours abound that the game will ship with a skateboard peripheral and will be title Tony Hawks Adrenaline – ah crap! RIP dear friend….
