This Christmas is going be tough what with the credit crunch and all. But here are five games that, skint or not, have to be on your Christmas list.

  1. Call of Duty : World at War – Fantastic shooter, familiar gameplay, great multiplayer
  2. Gears of War 2 – Great campaign, Improved gameplay
  3. Fable 2 – Great Story, Hours of playability, Awesome multiplayer feature
  4. Left 4 Dead – Amazing co-op multiplayer, Non-stop tension and intensity
  5. Fallout 3 – engrossing story, enormous world, well-crafted RPG side,  white-knuckle FPS combat

    1 – Left 4 Dead
    2 – Mirrors Edge
    3 – Gears of War 2
    4 – LittleBigPlanet
    5 – Fallout 3
